1-hour - EMDR Consultation

This is a 1-hour video meeting for EMDR Consultation to work on case consultation, questions about applying the phases, ways you feel stuck in your processing with clients, and extra practice/live demos when needed to practice phases. This can be done as an individual or in a group of up to 4 people. If you need a letter for your hours, this can be requested.

EMDR intensive

This is a 7-hour package split into 3 parts:

  • 2-hour intake for history-taking and mapping out goals/timelines for the intensive

  • 4-hour intensive for resourcing and processing

  • 1-hour post-session for follow-up and completion of anything left open in the intensive
